I'm a little more than I expected. Loaded with rope, hooks, D-rings, tools etc. No problem. Tested the water resistance by holding the tube up for him while he was in the jeep, nothing. absolutely dry inside. Welds (melted plastic?) scare me. but so far it has withstood a lot of abuse as it was completely stuffed with JEEP stuff. I'll get another one for my other JEEP. :)
