Great but I suggest versions without pins

This is a great puzzle and you can't beat the price. But honestly, I wish I had gone for the more expensive option that doesn't have pins. This is for a toddler who is now 2.5 years old - he can handle the clips but would be much better off with parts without clips (but since he has clothespins he refuses to use them in real toddler form any other way use). When you use the pins to put the pieces back in place they will start spinning as the motor skills are still strong enough to handle something like this. Yes, he has an extra element to hone his motor skills, but we have a lot of toys for that, it was more designed for him to focus on matching numbers and whatnot (without getting frustrated because he's doing that can not). ). do). all alone). Also, you don't want to step on them - these pegs can be brutal barefoot (this is a much bigger problem with the alphabet version of this board - the numbers are much bigger than the alphabet pieces, so they're easier to spot). Overall - it's definitely a great quality and is exactly as pictured. The quality could definitely be better, but for the price it's pretty much what you'd expect. But if you can afford the pricier stylusless version, I highly recommend going for these instead. They're also of better quality overall (my son's speech therapist has a version of these that is similar to Melissa and Doug's Alphabet Art, except for the numbers - this version was significantly better quality, but also twice the price).
