I like that it is easy to set up campaigns with my clients' target audience profiles so they can be more targeted than ever before! The tool also allows me as an agency professional access all information pertaining to their campaign at any time without needing additional permissions or help from our account manager team members- this saves us tons of man hours!! There are some things we do not have yet which would make life easier but overall great product. We use them mostly because its one stop shop solution where you don't need multiple tools/ platforms - everything under 1 roof (including email marketing).
