Everyone says this is easy to assemble? I don't know if it's Covid times, or what. but it sure WAS NOT EASY for ME. The pieces were absolutely NOT packaged the way they show in the video. Instead, a ton of pieces were JAMMED into the bottom of one of the base units, and held there by two wooden retaining bars (wrapped in black fabric of some kind). Now, I'm a big, strong, guy. and it took me all my strength (plus standing on the darn thing) to be able to move those wooden retaining bars enough to get the pieces OUT of the base unit. They were under a TON of pressure from the flattened seat cushions and the other sofa pieces below them.As if that wasn't annoying enough, the smaller back piece did not line up correctly with the base unit -- necessitating me removing the back after I had tried to install it the first time (hint: There's a clip-release that you can access from under the sofa base), bending the back support bracket a bit, and then re-inserting it. making sure it was captured properly within the bracket. Likewise, the brackets to attach the side to the couch base didn't line up exactly. Apply force as necessary.Bottom line: I worked up a sweat, and the whole process was not fun.Once together, the unit is. alright. Certainly "light duty" and not very pleasant. OK, let's face it: It's basically junk. But, you know, it's also only $500 (including shipping). You can't even buy a single armless chair for a "real" sectional for that money!So, ultimately, not exactly a satisfying purchase. But, not TERRIBLE. orderable from ebay, actually AVAILABLE (have you SEEN the lead times for furniture these days?), delivered quickly, easy to move in pieces to wherever you want to assemble it, and less than half the price of anything you could buy in a store.
