Missing cap design. If you drink too much liquid while the flap is open, it will run out the back of the flap and spill on you. Also, the small vent gets clogged with liquid and dramatically reduces flow (you have to blow it out, which spreads the liquid everywhere). I only hand wash this but somehow lost the o-ring in the lid without knowing it and have no idea where it went. I thought the cap was a bit easy to unscrew, but on my way to work I took a sip of coffee and hot coffee started dripping from between where the cap screws onto the bottle and the bottom of the cap . Now I just use an old Kleen Kanteen screw cap which keeps it hot and in the bottle but I can't drink from it. I have many large HF bottles that I use for cold water, but this bottle had some issues. Disappointed because unlike the KK twist top hot beverage lid, this HF lid doesn't actually leak if dropped as long as the snap lid is fully closed and you have a good seal.
