I got this backpack to carry heavy items from the store with minimal back pain. It was a bit pricey but I love it! It's huge. There are two main compartments and a few other smaller pockets and I can fit so many things. The water bottle pouch is very stretchy and to my surprise fits my giant 32 ounce water bottle. And it supports the weight of my heavy objects like milk jugs. The shoulder straps are padded and wide, and the back of the backpack is also lightly padded so you can carry heavy loads. The large Jansport patch on the front can be easily removed with a seam ripper (or carefully with scissors). Seam ripper) leaving a large, simple backpack perfect for personalization. I can't wait to decorate it.
