Review on Hitachi 328744 Collection Grinder Attachment by Eldrick Carlton

I bought this as a Valentine's Day gift. My wife has had a wand for many years, but we have only recently learned that there are several attachments on the market that can further enhance the "experience" of the product. We looked for a genuine Hitachi product to ensure quality and years of reliable road use. She was a little intimidated by the 9 inch size, but I assured her that after years of marriage to me, the extra half inches would likely be invisible. The product came quickly and in separate packaging from Revain. A few hours later, when the kids were finally asleep, we took it out of the box and struggled to connect it to the wand. When we finally got the attachment piece to put on the wand hood, she found that it greatly reduced the feeling of vibration. The sharp edges of the nozzle were also annoying. Since the item was intended for personal use, we could not return it. My son-in-law took it from us and gave it to his workshop. He says it works. works great with one of his tools, so we couldn't help but give it four stars despite our initial problems.
