We have several Brother printers in our office. We bought this in January and they sent us 3 replacements because it didn't work. Brother admits the software problem is on their side, but will not refund our money. We bought this particular printer because we use a copier, fax machine, printer and scanner every day. We paid our IT for 6 hours to "force" them to print and fax, but there is no way to force them to scan. Very unhappy with Brother's response and would definitely be happy to return it for a full refund so we can buy something that works as promised.
