I bought a watch in 2022, I didn’t know how to wear it. But after 1.5 years, the strap in the clasp area burst (I would even say it fell apart) (see photo), I think it’s like that, it’s CASIO. It doesn’t matter, I thought, and went to the service center (January 2023), not under warranty, even if they will change it for money, since I had previously seen a similar watch from a friend (also CASIO-G-Shock, but the model is different), which, by the way, has a strap broke in the same place. The comrade did not bother and bought a Chinese strap, but it differs in shade from the original. I really didn’t like it, that is, you walk around with a good watch, and you have a strap of a different color. With such success, you can buy similar watches in transit. I also decided that I would change the battery for one thing, since in the cold a symbol appeared on the clock (in my opinion R) which indicates that a battery needs to be replaced. The girl kindly accepted my watch, but said that due to the , most likely it would not be possible to replace the strap. 3 months have ped, call, come, pick up the watch. I have 1 question, the strap was changed, unfortunately not, since there are no straps. Now I’m sitting and thinking what to do with the watch, it seems to be there, but I can’t wear it. Probably will have to buy a Chinese strap. If you have friends who bought G-Shock, ask them how things are with the strap, they will confirm my words to you.
