Included charger does not charger batteries fully

The included charger does not charge batteries full. Even after leaving the charger plugged in for additional several hours after the charge light turned green the battery was only partially charged (two of the three bars lit). Same result for both batteries.Some testing was required and this is what I found:The batteries require at least 20.75V for full charge, but the supplied charger adapter provides only 19V so there is no way the batteries can be fully charged.You could get a different AC adapter with the correct voltage, but it would be additional cost and most people would not want to do it.

Low durability - While the set may be suitable for light to medium tasks, it may not hold up well for heavy-duty work, with the plastic components prone to cracking and the drill handles not ergonomic enough to withstand heavy, frequent use
