Easy customization feature has been implemented for users having specific requirements that could not be met out of box settings or default options offered by platform itself!! Lack user interface experience; Support should improve its usability factor along side increase UI/UX support so it becomes more understandable &amp visible amongst target audience. Great tool if you want an easy way up access all your products information like SKU codes etc from one place (AllOTZ) rather than managing them separately everywhere i need data pertaining my Product Information Management needs this solution covers everything!! I like that it is easy to use, has all of my accounts in one place! It's not as intuitive as other platforms but the support team can help you through any issues or questions you have. The platform could be more user friendly for new users who are used to other systems. We've seen an increase in sales with no additional employee training required.
