It worked! Built-in resistor 24Vdc / 250 Ohm came in handy
Connected to my 10pro laptop - OS saw the modem chipset with no problems. The downloaded PACKware from Krohne was installed without any problems. Easily connected to Rosemont 248R with standard DTM. Downloaded the Rosemont DTM from the Emerson website and configured the changes. The only trick is to try to figure out the device tree first, but after a few tries it worked.
