My daughter is 45" and 38 pounds. to use as part of their Halloween costume. It gets cold here in New York on Halloween. The material inside feels soft and thick enough. The waistband feels stretchy and comfortable. My daughter said they fit perfectly (I agree) and that they feel really good. beautiful inside.
