Review on Pinpoint HQ by Anferny Pineda

I like how easy it is navigate through different parts of my profile as well if there are any changes that need made or updates needed! It can be difficult when trying find something at first but once found its very user friendly & intuitive!! If anything we have had an issue with our onboarding process which was not managed correctly by pin point staff - however this has been resolved now so all good :) We've also noticed some issues within other departments where things aren't always quite right either (ease up) So definitely get stuck into getting everything set out properly before launching live otherwise people may struggle finding what their looking for etc! Great tool though overall really helpful especially during busy periods such as summer months/christmas time / New Year period!!
