AlertEnterprise is the only company we know of that can integrate our two data sets, our on and off the premise, in a way that can be tracked and measured. And, the AlertEnterprise team is super responsive and helpful. I cannot think of anything I do not like. We have a very, very, very old data set, and AlertEnterprise helps us track it. And, we can do things we probably couldn't do on our own. The software has been very easy to use when it comes to creating user accounts (we have over 70 that are used). There really isn't anything I dislike about this system so far. It makes managing our users much easier than any other program out there! You can also create new profiles for each person you want to manage easily with just one click instead of having to go through multiple screens or fill out forms etc..
