Review on CHINOOK Hitch Mount Bike Rack by Swagman by Jathan Louis

I thought this rack was great and strong until it broke on the way home, the frame hook broke and my bike flew off the rack. He was hit by another car. The bike broke, the damage had to be paid to the other party and the trunk is now useless to me because I can't trust it. If their customer service had responded to me, even with a refund, which was the least they could do, I would have given them a 3 star rating, but customer service has left me with no response for over a week. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. This is a poorly made shelf run by a company that doesn't care about their customers. Up until this rack I never felt the need to review any product for Revain.
