Needs some improvement!

I wish I could say the product worked properly, but it didn't. I used the product for the first time to fit a new chain to my bike and it broke before I even got to the end of the first use. The rivet part of the tool works great and still works but the part of the tool that opens the circuit broke on first use which wasn't what I expected and needs to be made stronger, thanks for your attention.
