I love how it has helped me to be more organized. Not only do I have all of my notes, but it also provides reminders to me when something should happen. It's easy to use and doesn't require much training to get used to. Once you do get used to it, it does help keep you organized. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. I would recommend everyone try it out! You will not regret it! It may take some time to get used to, but once you do, you will see benefits in your work day. My work day has gotten so much easier since using this program! We are able to communicate more effectively with our clients and clients can reach us quicker than before.
