I love that it has all of our accounting data in one place, so we can see what's going where at any given time! The reporting interface could be better - sometimes you have to click multiple times before getting anywhere useful (especially if there are many products).
Also some fields don't sync up with other systems like QuickBooks or Xero very well for me personally; but maybe this will get fixed as they continue development? We're using hum commerce primarily because its super simple integration compared to others out there. It syncs directly from QB via their API which makes life easier than manually entering everything myself each month when my team does an endofyear closeout report/audit etc..
