I love that it has all of our accounting data in one place, so we can see what's going where at any given time! The reporting interface could be better - sometimes you have to click multiple times before getting anywhere useful (especially if there are many products). The UI of their platform was very intuitive, allowing me to do most things I needed without any training or assistance from support staff (which they were quick enough with). They also had an excellent knowledge base which helped solve issues quickly for our small business customers who relied heavily on us as consultants/advisors in implementing eCommerce systems at other companies. The best part of Hum Commerce is that it has all the most needed features for an e-commerce website. It comes with multiple payment gateways, shipping options, tax calculations etc. Some of its functionalities are more complicated than expected and we were not able to figure out how to use them.
