After I almost lost a customer because we couldn't make a call, I decided to switch to this SIP phone. It is great! Call quality is excellent and there are plenty of codecs to choose from, including Opus. Latency is low. Setup was easy. I connected it to a PoE switch. It turned on and immediately picked up an IP from DHCP. I just logged into the web interface from there and entered my credentials. You can manage almost everything from the web interface or create a configuration file to send. All the web interface options actually tell you what sneaky settings you are changing in the configuration when you hover over the help popup. I also appreciate the diagnostics you can get on screen. If you want to check which codecs are used, how high the jitter is or how many packets you have, you can turn this on in the settings. I also used the bluetooth adapter he has. no questions. It connects to my headphones instantly.
