Review on JDMSPEED Filter Replacement FD4616 FL2016 by Patrick Locke

Everything looks fine at first glance but I felt I had to compare the 3 types to what I had on hand and over the years have used. The OIL FILTER was the same size and fit so looks good. The SMALLER FUEL FILTER on top of the engine was 1/8 inch larger than what I had previously ordered from another seller. I've attached a picture of this filter and you can see how the filter was distorted because it was too big. I installed and removed the filter twice to see if it would crack and it didn't so I have a feeling the filter will do the job but it clearly doesn't fit my 2005 6.0. The LARGE FUEL FILTER on the fuel pump was a complete failure. . I was happy to see that it has an outlet and a tab to properly position the filter in the housing when the cap is screwed on, but it could not easily fit into the cap and certainly would not rotate into position, because it was clamped. in a cap. I tried changing it by removing the latch on the tabs but it was still too tight. The plastic tab design is too large in diameter and I think it would be too dangerous to use without knowing how the other end fits into the case. The fuel filter is deformed, it still filters. The price was very attractive and the quality of the materials seems good so I don't feel I've lost money.
