Great software for managing retail customers

The team at Upstream is always willing to work with our agency on custom projects and questions when needed. I have no issues with the team as a whole. Our only downside has been pricing/revenue models, figuring out how best to sell our product in the most cost effective and profitable way. Having access to the sales force helps with this in some way. They have helped us with custom pricing and revenue models. Our sales team is more engaged, and we have access to their sales data to help decide the most cost effective path. I have no issues with Upstream. The team has been great to work with. I like how they can provide historical data of competitor's prices in several different items so that we don't have too many things out there at once when searching their site. It would be nice if it only had one specific item instead of multiple options or just a general search option. We are using this as way to help with inventory control by tracking what each customer is buying and where/when those purchases were made.
