I like that this helps us to be able to see all issues at once, which reduces the amount of time it takes to get an issue resolved. It is also very easy to use and navigate through. Sometimes, when you are trying to find something in a report, it can take awhile to find what you're looking for. Also, sometimes if there is a problem with a call that doesn't show up in the reports, it can be hard to figure out where the problem actually is. We have been able to cut down on the amount of time it takes to resolve customer issues by using VQ Online. This has helped our staff members become more efficient and allows them to spend their time doing other important work.
