I ordered these bra inserts because I've always wanted to know what all the fuss was about. I am a C cup. They do the job, I added these inserts inside my bra to give them a test try. They actually slide right in! Side note-they pieces themselves are cold! They are like a silicone material and are pretty solid. It gave me about a D cup and held up pretty nicely.
