When I received the helmet I immediately noticed that the inner padding/mesh on the upper had already fallen out. The entire interior of the helmet was unassembled and I had to reassemble the padding. The only good thing I liked was the chin strap and how easy it was to attach. As for shipping, upon arrival it was in the original packaging with no padding for protection. On the way it is not possible to determine how many times the helmet fell off. This is an important piece of safety gear and I'm not sure if it will protect me if I fall. Update 10/22/18 I have changed my rating to 1 star. I tried to get my helmet liner fixed by the company but no one answered. The helmet ventilation doesn't work, the inner shoe keeps falling out, just a bad product.
