I bought two of these phones from two different sellers and in two different unlocked versions. THIS version of T-Mobile works very well on my T-Mobile network with no crashes. It was nice to see what kind of software you get on your phone versus the AT&T version. I prefer T-Mobile Virus because it is the best package. I mean, if you have a pair of wired headphones, you get live radio (not internet buffering, just LIVE radio). This wasn't in the AT&T version. BUT I was able to easily transfer everything from my old Samsung phone to AT&T phone via AT&T Transfer app. Overall, this phone is very reliable once fully configured and configured. It will take some time but it's worth the wait. My only complaint with this seller is that it took 48 hours for my phone to arrive. As soon as I got a notification that it was sent, the phone was in my hands after 2 days. If you are in T-Mobile network, please buy lm600vtm version. If you don't do this, you will have some problems. I couldn't make video calls with the AT&T version even though it was "unlocked". I bought the T-Mobile version and everything worked fine. No scratches on the phone. Looks factory. The Samsung charger is fake, not fast charging. You will receive a USBC cable and a SIM card removal tool.
