
First disclosure: I hate wearing socks. My feet want to be bare. But when grippy socks are required in a workout class, what can a girl do? However, these are NOT good socks for a workout class. They are thick, but I want thin socks so I can feel the floor better. Also, my foot slips around inside the sock, negating the grippy-sock concept. Finally, they have a stupid, thick, high tab in the back of the heel which not only looks stupid, but also gets caught on the back of my leggings. These socks might be good for elderly, cold people who need to avoid falling on chilly winter floors but they are not for Barre class.
