I've had a delay in using it as my Windows PC died and I haven't replaced it yet. The upconverter is needed to receive the HF frequencies which I knew before buying so no problem. I'm using it on an old Chromebook (which has some issues) with good FM and weather reception. I think I will like it more when I can use more advanced software with more features. I would recommend it to others without any problems. Finally everything worked, everything is fine. It was just what I needed to get started with SDR and see if I wanted to do more and I plan on getting more hardware including an upconverter. Yes, I would recommend it to anyone looking to get started with SDR radio.
