It takes constant putting to sink that 5-10 feet down the green. As a professional caddy at the US Open, I saw the value in combining a good read with a solid and accurate shot. Using a smaller target increases accuracy and confidence! There are a few things that prevented this product from getting five stars: 1. The putting mat is thin enough that it doesn't lay completely flat, preventing the ball from rolling properly.2. Repacking into a crate is not an easy task; I tore the box when trying to return it in flimsy packaging.3. There are no instructions here, although an engineering degree is not required to understand how to assemble the simulator. I have attached a very unprofessionally filmed video showing how the machine works in real life. If you are looking for good running shoes for the off-season, I definitely recommend considering this option!
