Not for detailed cuts.

The first 2-3 tiles are best cut with a wet saw, but then there were more chips around the edges. After about 6 tiles it seemed very stupid. It wasn't really as skinny a cut as I would have liked, but I managed. Bought a diamond grinder to smooth the edges. My tile has a glossy glaze. Maybe it would be better for less detailed slicing.
