As SD card prices continue to fall, this is a great alternative to classic CF IDE solutions. At first I wasn't sure how it would work. , I've always chosen CF since CF is basically an IDE and works transparently, but this device has worked great in the device I've used it in and now effortlessly offers a ton of cheap SSD storage. to tell which way to put the thing in the IDE slot. Be careful or you will fry something if you turn it over. I will definitely use it instead of CF-IDE in the future.
