I used to use this 7 1/4" in my table saw with great success. I wanted to make some bevel cuts on large work pieces so I needed a larger blade and didn't want to constantly have metal shavings in my table saw. Saw. I installed this 12" Dewalt saw with a router controller to slow down to proper RPM. Unlikely to cut anything! Cuts very thin stock well but not like a 7 1/4 blade .Cuts like one I have to think I just have a bad blade because the difference was so big I had to give up cutting 1/4" steel, after 5 minutes it just stopped moving forward to move and I used a cutting blade with an angle grinder and then cut the pieces with a grinder. This worked well on the corner cuts I had made on a 1 1/2" hollow square tube, but it still took a very long time. I was concerned about the saw overheating. It was that bad. The 7 1/4 "Blade I used on the table saw went through steel like wood. I would try another one if they read this and send me one but I wouldn't buy another one.
