Nice touch fingerprint scanner that works well. There are times when it takes a while for the screen to unlock, but I'm pretty sure it's a Windows 10 issue, either waking the computer to the splash screen or going to the lock screen. The reason I believe is that if I manually press the button and wait for the lock screen to appear and then press my finger on the Bio Key, it happens almost immediately. At $40 compared to the $149 Verifi, that's not a problem anyway, and it supports plug-and-play with Windows Hello on Windows 10. Aesthetically, the Verifi looks better, and I believe it's metal. So it all comes down to whether you want to shell out an extra $110 for a prettier metal device that probably doesn't perform any better than this device. I obviously decided against it. I'm doing what they did this device in black.
