I bought these glasses because I work at my desk under fluorescent lights and I have a headache every day. I have cheaper yellow tinted glasses but I can always tell I wear them and they make everything noticeably yellower. But when I took them off after a few hours of wearing, the computer screen lit up brightly. The best explanation is that these glasses give everything the feel of a warm white lightbulb, while without them it feels like a white daylight bulb. The glasses themselves are light, do not squeeze the nose and head. The lenses are large enough to block a significant amount of light. I no longer have headaches at work. I actually forget I'm wearing them and have worn them in my car twice recently (noticeable when I go outside). When I did that yesterday, I decided that I would work without her. I didn't even last 5 minutes before going after them. I've had them for 2 months now and wear them to work religiously. They work, but you have to give them more than a quick 5 minute test. I plan to buy extra pairs for home and school, they are worth it.
