I found the outward appearance and design to be excellent and well built, but returned first unitbecause it would not start in cold garage,but ran ok at normal room temperatures,I returned the unit and got a new replacement, it too had this same fault, of not starting in a cold garage.I decided to keep it as it worked well in a warm room, and would try and repair the unit by but changing the capacitors, but that did not help cold start problem., I was fairly compensated by Ebay/Grizzly for all my (efforts) time and troubles. Please contact me when a solution is found by the Chinese maker of model H7760 for Grizzly Inc.Thank you Bernard A Vandal
