I was careful with this product. But it seemed like the best option. I couldn't be happier. You need the right tools. There are three screws attaching it to the ceiling joist. It's best to have a power outlet, an extension cord, and a drill or screwdriver. The screws tend to wander before they bite. It's a bit difficult to hold it in place and tighten the screws. I had to abandon the first one and redrill. The rest somehow pulled the box. I loosened the screws and used a hammer to push the box back into its perfect position. I've had to settle for less than perfect, but it's very durable and will outlive the house.
