Review on Computer headset SteelSeries Arctis 1, black by Agata Maruszczyk ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not exactly the product that I wanted, the price and quality do not match.

A typical microphone is used. You can clearly hear me in tumults and such situations. That is also typical in video games. To make it sound well, you might need to tweak your sound system a little. - While headphones are not particularly big, they will fit over a big head for a long time. I have a large head (63 cm in circumference), which the headphones put a lot of pressure on for over a month before becoming more or less normal. Yet up to this point, whenever I put it on, if nothing is playing via the headphones, I can hear the heartbeat of my ears. - A really close fit. I am unable to hear what is going on in the room or flat because my ears are so closely fitted and not made for a huge head. - The microphone channel is filled with computer sound. In fact, I use Discord. People in the discord occasionally hear sound from a video that I start on YouTube. Even if the headphones' microphone is off or disconnected, this still occurs. The most likely cause is a REALTEK glitch. Only when the headphones are plugged into the computer's front do these things take place. There is no such thing as connecting them from behind. I tried to set up using the instructions on the Internet, tuned it up to the point when the sound in Discord completely vanished, and I had to reinstall the drivers to fix it. opted to try it out for the time being. - The microphone mute button and volume control are too near together, and I frequently touch the volume wheel when the microphone is off. The ear cushions are made of cloth, and many people report that they prevent sweating in the ears. I'm perspiring. The prior headphones used eco-leather or something similar, and they perspired similarly. - There is no "wow" impact or anything similar in terms of sound quality; I could not hear the opponents any better. Moreover, I had to make a few adjustments to the sound settings to get it to sound roughly the same as it did before. About pricing I purchased the headphones at the end of January 2022, and after applying the points and receiving some sort of discount, the final cost of the headphones was reduced from 4630 to 3192. This is a decent investment given the price. The headphones are on sale for over $5,000 (4950) at the time of writing this remark! Absolutely no discount 5560. I think the pricing is excessive.

Pros
  • - Very light weight - Including adapter cable - Design
Cons
  • Price: There is no volume margin. I can't play the music loud enough for my ears to tolerate it (well, sometimes I like to listen to Mouzon like that)
