Dead - after 30+ days of NOT continuous use the unit fails to produce sound output.All lights are operating - on/off - charging/ charged - but NO sound out.I would use item at home watching ball game, etc.The noise reduction was not great ( about a 3 out of 10 rating, with 10 the highest score)At this point the unit is now Junk. $ 150.00 Junk.Would NOT recommend to anyone. Period( I have a 3+ year old Walker game ear - that I ran thru the washer and dryer - and it still works Great- as it did when New).UPDATE: I contacted Banglijian customer service and they responded immediately. They could be the best customer service I have interfaced with in AGES. They shipped me a new unit in 2 days and I am testing the replacement currently.Every product will eventually have a defective unit, thats just the way it is, nothing is perfect.As a former Semiconductor Sales Rep I always believed in my Grandmothers words -" Every Cloud has a Silver Lining”.When the product malfunctioned these people stepped forward not backward, they took the bull by the horns and Made things Right, they could have made excuses. They are a Top shelf organization!Here is the Silver Lining - Banglijian has made a customer for life! They impressed me and they are a First Rate Company. I Highly recommend them and firmly believe you can buy with confidence from them. I don’t give accolades easily believe me.If you think that is Extremely High praise from me, your right — They EARNED it !
