Email to vendor through ebay did not get through

The device worked very well. It improved my dad's hearing of conversations significantly. He has bilateral moderately severe hearing loss. Maybe a high-end device would do more for him, but he is happy with this and I only have to speak up, no longer make a big effort to speak very loudly. Great value for the price. The noise reduction/cancellation feature causes a background static sound for him when set above the lowest level, so he does not use it at the higher levels. We bought a pair of…

Good volume, sound quality.

Dual voltage(110V,220V) adapter is great for overseas use. Overall very good volume and sound quality, when used with appropriate program setting. Compatible with moderate to severe hearing loss.Thin sound tubes need to be replaced with a flexible type. They are too stiff and makes it difficult to use comfortably.

Failed after four months

Have a pair. One of them suddenly amplified touching the case but amplified sound correctly. That night i charges it and then used the dryer box.Next day operated the same as last night for 30Minutes. Now no amplification of sound but beeps are heard when altering environment or volume. Also at max volume some white noise is heardHow do I obtain a replacement?

New but needed. - my new review

Up date: I received RIC Silver pair today. I really like the silver color for my silver gray hair. So you should see that they work with you and make sure what you really want. If these do not disappoint in the next few weeks I am sure I will be keeping. There is no one magic bullet. Great backup for expensive hearing aids.

I’ve had hearing aids for sometime. Sorry but I’m not buying the reviews that say the $1.99 hearing aid outperforms the $3000 hearing aids. If so you need a different audiologist who can configure your hearing aids properly. BUT if you wear hearing aids as in HAVE to wear them, you need a backup set. These are perfect for that role. They do sound okay, the options, volume, program, etc., all great. The only thing I don’t understand is why some of the ear domes are singles. For two hearing aids…

I'm updating my review and reducing it from four stars to three.My original Banglijian was excellent, which was a huge surprise to me. I wasn't expecting much, but it met my needs reasonably well. It wasn't quite as good as the $500 unit it replaced (which I lost), but for the price difference, the Banglijian was a bargain. However it died one day before the 18 month warranty expired. Instructions need a bit of revising - I have posted some below just to help with what I think is a good hearing device.
