I was excited at first. I synced it with google, it downloaded the apps I have on my phone. I left that, then went to the Google Chrome browser and tried logging into my B&N (Barnes and Noble) account so I could sync all my books. This was bought primarily to replace my vintage NOOK paint. It crashed and showed a screen with horizontal irregular gray lines. I restarted after jumping through a few hoops to get back into the browser it crashed again when trying to access my B&N. However, this time the horizontal lines were colored. Then god help me I called Revain support. Thirty minutes on the phone she kept telling me to hold down the PWR and Vol β buttons to reset. Icon, Android robot R2D2, on the side with a red triangle, ! in the middle. Every time I did PWR and Vol β after that, the screen went black. Then she wanted to send me a replacement with a BRAND NEW UNIT, barely out of the box. Do a pickup 6a-8p tomorrow. I don't work sitting and waiting all day so she gave me a # for UPS where I could put in my preferred pickup time, but PAYMENT WILL BE TAKE. So Revane sent me a DEFECTIVE DEVICE and I have to pay for the return shipping? Outrageous (emphasis on ANGRY) Now I want my money back ASAP so I can search (preferably on Revain) for something that will fit my needs and WORK
