Worked for me - just pellets

Worked great for feeding my tail when I was out of town for 4 days. Yes, the timer can only be set to once or twice a day and you can't choose when to feed, but I'm just glad my fish are getting fed. I went for the once a day option and he dropped his pellets at 12 noon every day. It is important to note that this only works with pellets. When I checked before I went on a trip, I found that they didn't fall off too much either. There is a sliding plastic part that can prevent too much scattering. It usually comes from 5 to 8. Which suited me perfectly as I was only feeding once a day. We came home with happy fish and clean water.
