First I would like to say that the customer service is fantastic! Hands down the best I've ever had from an Amazon order. Now to the hair! I've been getting extensions for years! Always use duct tape normally. I have very thin hair, very thin and slow growing. So I mostly use extensions to make it look fuller. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this hair. I would 100% recommend it to anyone. You can curl, curl or straighten it with ease. I use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner and also use a leave in spray conditioner 3 times a week when I wash my hair (usually every other day) and my hair lasts me 6-8 weeks with no problems. I usually just order a new pack because it's so affordable, re-dye my hair every 6-8 weeks. I save or donate other hair to friends and family and they have had no complaints either. Obtain! You will love it. And at a fraction of the price you would pay anywhere else. The quality is amazing.
