Great for busy schedules and customer service

The ability for me as an Account Executive at HCA Healthcare Systems working outbound calls was essential due too my schedule being unpredictable thus forcing all outgoing leads into voicemail unless I had time to call back! This also provided other benefits such as having access information without actually talking directly withe customer which lead generation tools do not provide!! It's good when you have your own program set up where everything flows smoothly from start through end - no "bugs" or interruptions along way like some cloud systems can be subject totrouble sometimes if updates occur unexpectedly.- Being able t handle multiple phone numbers/extensions simultaneously has been helpful but still could improve upon this feature especially since it handles both incoming &outgoing communications effectively while allowing us easy accessibility via email / text messages etc..

Not much to dislike about tact so far although we're only using them during business hours 8am.
