At first I was impressed by the design. My first customer said it was comfortable. The next 5 customers said it was comfortable, but all 5 had their face braces falling off. The teeth on the locking mechanism feel hooked but aren't strong enough to hold. As he slips he makes a little loud click and completely spoils the mood. I took it off in the middle of the massage and reinstalled my old cradle and everything is fine. It wasn't a lot of money and I realized you get what you pay for. I do not recommend this. Spend a little more and get a lot better.
