Review on 🚲 Alston Mountain Bike Pedals: Strong, Colorful Cr-Mo CNC Machined 9/16" Sealed 3 Bearing Nylon Pedal for MTB and Road Bike by Angel Scully

The pedals are well made. Looks good but the center section is flush with the pins so traction is compromised. The shoe just couldn't fully sink into the pegs for maximum traction. Maybe it's my foot position, but I pressed the center of the pedal firmly with the ball of my foot. I think most people do that too. After a few instances of my foot slipping during a particularly steep climb, I switched to a set of IMRiders and the problem hasn't recurred. Replacing the pins with more aggressive or taller pins might have solved the problem, but I sold them with my old bike. Not a bad pedal, but not the best for me. There are better pedals for the same price.
