Excellent platform with outstanding support
The ease of use, how quickly it can be set up for any business or organization is amazing! I have no complaints about this product at all - great experience so far!! We are using Godeck to help our clients manage their accounts in real time from anywhere around world via mobile devices (iOS/Android).
It's been very helpful since we're able handle customer service issues remotely as well which has saved us tons off man hours over what would normally take place when an issue arises during normal workday operations.- Real-time access allows you get back right away instead waiting days until next scheduled meeting etc.-- Streamlines account management process by allowing multiple people working together across different offices-- Helps ensure client satisfaction even if office isn't open yet / not everyone available simultaneously -- Allows me stay focused while still being hands free &.
