The best thing about Promi Bundeled pay was that it helped us streamline our billing flow while also improving financial transparency within my organization. I didn't like how they charged per transaction at first but later changed their model so as not be disruptive or confusing. They have developed some great features which helps improve patient experience in addition to providing good management reporting tools too! We reduced time between submitting claim submission date vs bill dates by 30%. Also had better control over cost containment since we could focus more specifically towards high utilizers instead off just lumping all users into one pool.
