Bought a bamboo rug instead of a wool rug in front of the sofa and the ottoman stopped standing still. Every time I tried to lift my legs, she slipped. But with those pads on the bottom, this pup isn't going anywhere! We decided to put them on the coffee table as well. This is a mid-century table with small pieces of metal on the underside of the tapered wooden legs and the cushions match the small circles of the legs perfectly! You can't see them and they keep everything in place. I wish they would have sold the smaller package because we don't really need the rest, but they will go in the bin with everything else and be there when we need them. Or until we move. However. Good product.
