Review on ๐Ÿ”ง ACDelco Professional Front Driver Side Lower Control Arm Support Bracket - Model 45D10100 by Chris Sisley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My hits were coming from the upper wishbones, ball joints, anti-roll bars, not bottom brackets

So my 2003 GMX ENVOY XL was driving me crazy with the front clanking. I noticed that the upper arm bushings were breaking, so I decided to replace any parts that contained a bushing or ball joint. I probably didn't need to replace the bottom brackets as the original bottoms are very durable. In any case, it drives like new again. By the way, if you replace the bottom parts, you may need to replace some of the mounting screws. I had to buy a Fastenal because the corrosion when removing it had worn away the threads. Unless you live in the Rust Belt, you'll probably be fine.

Pros
  • Premium professional aftermarket replacement
Cons
  • Some bugs
